HER2 education for advanced practice providers (APPs)

About the program

Advances in biomarker testing and the introduction of HER2‑targeted therapies are transforming care for patients with NSCLC. As precision medicine expands, nurse practitioners and advanced practice providers play an essential role in helping patients navigate testing, understand results, and manage increasingly complex treatment pathways.

HER2 mutations are an important biomarker in NSCLC, with new therapies and updated guidance shaping how care is delivered.

This expert‑led program supports oncology nurses and APPs in delivering high‑quality, individualized care by providing practical education on HER2 biomarker testing, current evidence‑based treatment recommendations, and approaches to managing treatment‑related toxicities.
